Living Spaces
Whether you live on your own or live with a large, extended family, feng shui can look at how specifically your living space mirrors you as an individual. Often a living space will reflect what is happening in your life, and a few simple changes can turn around areas of your life that haven't been progressing smoothly. There are a multitude of reasons why
people have a feng shui consultation - it can be for improved relationships, help in conception, more quiet time in their lives, help with their careers, or a better sense of feeling a space belongs to them. An excellent time for a consultation is also when you recently move house, or when contemplating a home purchase. What people do not realise is often the imprint of the previous residents, either physically or energetically, can have a huge impact on you and your living space.

When to have a living space consultation?
When you have recently moved house:
- if you don't feel comfortable with the house and want to further personalise it
- would like advice on potential changes to the space, including major renovations, room reallocations, colour schemes

When you have had big changes in your life:
- after a separation or divorce
- after a job change
- after having a new person move into the space (new partner, new baby, extended relatives), as they will change and alter the living space
- after having a person leave the space (children leaving for school, death of a family member)
- moving a business into the home or a home office

When your life seems to be in a 'rut':

- poor or reduced health
- addictive behaviours
- lack of progression in key areas, such as relationships and careers

When you or a family member experiences low energy or poor health:
- poor quality sleep
- illness or lack of energy
- infertility

What is involved in a living space consultation?
First, there will be an in-depth consultation regarding your specific issues and any planned changes you have to the home, such as renovation work or room allocation. This can be done for one person in the house, or for all people inhabitating the house. After this I will do an analysis on the flat or house, which will include:

- a full analysis of the layout of the house
- the balance of energy in the house, examing the use of colour, fabric and the placement of furniture/objects
- the family members astrological chart (japanese) and how the various members will interact with the living space
- a test of ElectroMagnetic Fields to ensure that all family members are sleeping in a safe threshold
- the presence of geopathic stress, and if so, the clearing of GS through earth acupuncture
- recommendations on spaceclearing if needed to remove old energy and old
patterns from within the house

A written recommendation will be put together to offer remedies to restore or improve the energy balance and bring a harmonious living space for the entire family. I will then be available for follow-up discussions for 3 months after the consultation to ensure that progress is being made and any questions or concerns answered.

How much is a typical consultation?
A typical Living Space consultation for a couple or a family costs $450 and takes approximately 3-5 hours for an averaged size home or flat. For an individual consultation in a studio or one bedroom flat, the fee is $300 and takes approximately 2-3 hours. If the house is particularly large a separate price can be negotiated.
